Complete their own personal TAM-Self and TAM Role and have their TAM-Self Report (TM) as well as their Resonances-Dissonances Report (TM). They should have also had an interpretation session for both these reports from one of the authors of TAM.

Attend a session with the authors on “The TAM framework + Using and interpreting TAM”. This would be a one day session (at the maximum)

Identify three different clients and do assisted TAM Self and TAM Role interpretations for them (in an assisted session, a preliminary interpretation report would be done by the learner and reviewed by a TAM Author. TAM reports are not entirely machine-generated reports and certified TAM Users will have to gain capability in crafting reports based on their growing familiarity with the framework and the tool)

Go through a viva-voce with the TAM authors team

Agree to be part of a half-yearly audit process where their report interpretations would be part of a peer review process to be initiated by the TAM authors.

The above steps would qualify for Certification in TAM-Self and TAM Role

• For certification in TAM-Team and TAM Org, here are additional requirements:
• Attend a session with the authors on “Coherences-Incoherences” as well as “Congruences-Incongruences” - the additional features of TAM-Team and TAM-Org
• Attend two workshops with any of the authors where they co-facilitate for TAM-Team or TAM-Org
• Conduct one workshop using TAM-Team or TAM-Org, with one of the authors participating as mentor/guide
• Agree to be part of an annual audit process where their report interpretations would be part of a peer review process to be initiated by the TAM authors
